When the senses open wide to experience, blissful feelings flow freely throughout the body, loosening up concepts, melting restrictions and limitations, and opening wide the field of perceptions. The body dances with space, and space with the body; all parts of our being interact joyfully, in perfect harmony. Tarthang Tulku, Joy of Being.
Kum Nye practice opens the senses to feeling. This flow of feeling can loosen even chronic tension. In this retreat we learn to relax so deeply that we can 'taste' the healing nectar of relaxation as it flows through body and mind. Gentle movement, breathing, and awareness practices help us to discover this relaxation. Open to all levels of students.
Cost: $364 (nonresidential); $550 (residential).
