Supported by the inner riches we have developed within ourselves, we can live secure, free from anxiety, fear, and loneliness. Tarthang Tulku, Knowledge of Freedom.
Reaching out for fulfillment feeds endless longing, and inward grasping—even in the search for knowledge—yields nothing truly new.
